How do I register?
- Select your location (country).
- Click Register link at the top right corner to create an account.
- Fill all the required information.
- Enter your valid email address when you register because our system will send your password to your email.
- After entered your information, click Register button.
- After successful registration you will receive an email with your account information.
- If you do not receive your account information in your inbox, Please check your spam/junk folders. If you find it spam/junk folders please move it to your inbox folder.
I registered but did not receive my account information.
- If you did not receive your account information in your inbox, Please check your spam/junk folders as below image. If you find it spam/junk folders please move it to your inbox folder.
- If you still can not find your account information, please contact us with your email address.
What is "Remember Me" on login screen?
If you check the "Remember Me" box, you can stay logged on this
computer for up to 2 weeks or until you log out.
This will store your identity securely in a cookie on your computer.
If you are using a shared computer, such as in a office, school or internet cafe,
or if you have reason to not trust any other users that might use this computer,
we recommend you uncheck this.
I forgot my password
- Click Login link at the top right corner.
- Click Forgot Password? link below the password box.
- Please enter your email which you had registered with us.
- After entered your information, click Submit button.
- We will send a password change request to your email.
- Open your email then click the link provided.
- Then a new password will be generated and emailed to you.
How to edit my account/profile?
- Login first.
- Click My Account link at the top right corner.
- Update your information, then click Save button.
How to change my password?
- Login first.
- Click My Account link at the top right corner.
- Click Change Password link at the left side.
- Enter your old password.
- Enter your new password.
- Then click Change My Password button.
- Your new password will be emailed to you.
How to change my profile picture?
- Login first.
- Click My Account link at the top right corner.
- Click My Picture link at the left side.
- Select your picture by clicking the browse button.
- Then click Change My Picture button.
- Please wait until your picture is uploaded.
- If you want to remove your picture click Remove My Picture button.
How to view my profile?
- Click your name at the top right corner.
