1. Nature of the Platform

FridayMarket is an online classifieds platform that enables users to post advertisements to buy, sell, or trade goods and services. The Company does not own, control, sell, inspect, or guarantee any listed items.

We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions are conducted solely between buyers and sellers at their own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Kuwaiti law.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your listings, communications, and transactions. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

4. Prohibited Items & Activities

Users may NOT list, advertise, sell, distribute, or promote:

• Items prohibited under Kuwaiti law or Sharia principles (including but not limited to alcohol, narcotics, pork products, gambling-related items, or immoral content).
• Counterfeit, fake, replica, or stolen goods.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or dangerous materials.
• Medical products, medicines, or supplements requiring a prescription or regulatory approval.
• Fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or false advertisements.
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
• Any goods or services that violate public morals or public order in Kuwait.

We reserve the absolute right to remove any listing without notice if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

We are not obligated to monitor listings but reserve the right to review, remove, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and disclose user information if required by law.

6. No Warranty – “As Is” Basis

The Site and all services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of listings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOISUNCE GENERAL TRADING COMPANY shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation
• Personal injury or property damage arising from user transactions
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal acts committed by users
• The Company shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from user-to-user transactions, including scams, counterfeit goods, non-delivery, or payment disputes.

Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOISUNCE GENERAL TRADING COMPANY, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your listings or transactions
• Your infringement of third-party rights

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Anti-Scam & Safety Warning

FridayMarket is an open classifieds platform. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of all users or listings.

• Always meet buyers/sellers in safe, public locations.
• Do not send advance payments, deposits, or transfer money before receiving and inspecting the item.
• Never share sensitive personal information such as civil ID, bank details, OTP codes, or passwords.
• Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true.
• Avoid transactions involving shipping requests with prepayment from unknown parties.
• Verify high-value items before making payment.

MOISUNCE GENERAL TRADING COMPANY is not responsible for losses, damages, fraud, scams, misrepresentation, or criminal activities committed by users of the Site.

Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before entering into any transaction. All transactions are made at your own risk.

If you encounter suspicious listings or users, please report them immediately through the Site or contact us at: support @ fridaymarket.com.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected fraud or illegal activity.
